Jan Rushton is a dedicated and compassionate professional with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development from Utah State University. She has spent many years serving students and families in public schools as both a paraprofessional and special education teacher, where she developed strong relationships and supported a wide range of educational and behavioral needs. Jan also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, helping children of all ages who struggled with emotional regulation develop positive coping skills and strategies for success. She brings a strong background in education, behavioral support, and child development to her work at Live Strong House, along with a genuine passion for helping others grow and thrive.
Jan grew up in Utah but has lived all over the United States. Some of her favorite places to live were Maryland, Virginia, and Idaho. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, biking, and working in her yard. She especially loves spending time with her family, whether it’s watching movies together or traveling and exploring new places.
