Hayden Sanders – Hayden was born and raised in Syracuse, Utah, where he developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors and the values of hard work and perseverance. Growing up, he spent much of his time fishing, camping, hiking, and playing baseball, interests that continue to shape his active lifestyle today. Hayden earned his bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and has dedicated the past five years to working in the treatment industry, including two years specializing in residential rehabilitation. His passion for helping others has driven him to build meaningful relationships with the individuals he serves while supporting them through their personal growth and recovery.
At Live Strong House, Hayden combines his professional experience with genuine compassion and a calm, encouraging presence. He enjoys mentoring young men as they navigate challenges, celebrate progress, and develop the confidence needed for lasting success. Outside of work, Hayden enjoys writing, fishing, camping, hiking, bouldering, and kayaking. His love for the outdoors and commitment to helping others make him a positive role model and a valued member of the Live Strong House team.
